Do You Have Insurance?

Oh Yes! Our company is licensed, bonded and insured…offering total piece of mind! Accidents do occasionally happen but if they do we will ensure that everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

How Do I Book A Cleaning?

It only takes 60 seconds to fill out our secure booking form, and select the package, time and date that you want us to clean your home. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a variety of emails; confirmation, reminder via email or text as well as a follow up Happiness review.

How Do I Pay?

We kindly request your credit or debit card details at the time of booking however, on the day of your scheduled appointment we will place a hold on the card and then follow through with payment at the end of the day. Additionally, if the card is declined on the morning of the appointment, we have the right to cancel the cleaning with or without notice.

Is My Payment Secure?

Yes! Our payment technology is provided by Stripe.  Their SSL encrypted, PCL compliant system is completely secure and trusted by companies worldwide,

Will I Be Charged If I Cancel My Cleaning?

If you cancel your cleaning within 24 hours of your scheduled time, we will charge a cancellation fee of $50.

How Do I Use A Gift Card, Discount or Groupon?

It’s super easy! When booking your cleaning appointment, please add your promo code in the Discount Box prior to checkout and the amount will be instantly removed from your total charge.

Do I Need To Be Home For My Booking?

No, you don’t need to be home for while we clean your home!  If you would like to leave a key, alarm code or entry/exit instructions simply add instructions when you schedule your booking.

Can I Leave My Keys With The Cleaning Girl?

Due to numerous safety and security concerns, we do not accept homeowner keys.  However, as an added convenience, we can provide a free and secure lock box to use for all of your future cleaning visits.  If interested, please contact our office for additional information.

What Time Will The Cleaners Arrive?

Our cleaning appointments are booked at 9am, 11am and 2pm.  Due to unforeseen issues including weather, travel and client commitments, we kindly request a 1 hour travel window in between appointments for all cleanings.

How Many Cleaners Do You Send?

Every home receives their own personal cleaning girl.  In the event that your home is scheduled during a training session, we will send two girls, our trainer and a trainee for that particular visit.

Do You Provide Your Own Supplies?

Yes, our company provides Eco-Friendly cleaning supplies for your visit with the exception of the vacuum cleaner.  Due to cross contamination, we kindly request the use of your personal vacuum for your cleaning.

Can I Leave A Tip?

Yes, tips are not required but are certainly appreciated by our cleaning girls.  Feel free to update your booking with a tip amount and save your changes.

Can I Make Special Requests?

Absolutely! If you have a particular product you would like us to use or have a special area or item that you would like us to avoid, simply include the information under CUSTOMER NOTES when booking your appointment.

What Extra Services Does The Cleaning Girl Provide?

What If I Just Had Construction Done In The Home?

Due to the extra dust remaining from a post construction project, we highly recommend a full home cleaning as there is always additional time needed.

What If It Snows Or There Is A Holiday On The Day Of My Booking?

We currently follow the Red Clay Consolidated School District Snow Policy. In the event of bad weather, we will advise all staff and clients of our plans to reschedule any appointments, as far in advance as possible.  Our company will be closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, 5th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Day after Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day.  All appointments are scheduled in advance around the holidays to ensure that everyone can enjoy a clean home!

How Do I Give Feedback After My Cleaning?

Once your cleaning visit has been completed, we will send you a Happiness Review email, requesting your feedback.  We kindly request a moment of your time to complete this rating process as it provides performance and bonus information for our staff.
