How do I book my first appointment?

What is included in your house cleaning services?

How much does a House Cleaning Service actually cost?

Our house cleaning rates are based on the local and industry market as well as calculated for your convenience. We request a minimum of 2 hours for every new home visit. Please check out our Booking Page HERE for more information.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

YES! Our housekeepers supply all of the necessary equipment with the exception of a vacuum cleaner as an effort to remain eco friendly and prevent cross contamination.  If you do not own a vacuum cleaner, please reach out to us directly, info@thecleaninggirlinc.com. Additionally, we will refrain from using any BLEACH products in the home and may use a speciality product, if requested.

Can I request the same housekeeper for every visit?

YES! Based on your requested housekeeper’s availability, you can absolutely book her for your home on a regular basis.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

YES, all Extras can be added on the Booking Page HERE.

Help, I need to purchase a Gift Card?!

Great! Gift cards can be purchased HERE and are delivered instantaneously via email. Just a tip: If you would like to Gift Card to be a surprise, add your info as the recipient instead!

How do I create an account?

As soon as you book a house cleaning appointment, an account is automatically created for you. Simply follow the steps, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. You can also create and  log into your account HERE.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

YES, you can apply a discount/gift/referral code to a future appointment by logging into your account HERE and click “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice. Then, simply enter the code into the appropriate field and click save changes. The system will automatically apply the code to the appointment you modified. You can not apply your discount code to past appointment that are already completed. Please note that only one discount may be applied to each booking.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations made after 5pm for the next business day are subjected to a $50 cancellation fee, and paid directly to the assigned Housekeeper.

Are you Licensed, Bonded & Insured?

YES, of course!

Do you background screen your staff?

YES, of course! All of our Housekeepers are reviewed, referenced and receive a federal, state and county criminal background screening prior to accessing our online platform.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

YES! We have 3 levels of security in place.

#1. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.

#2. Our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.

#3. Our credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE and is layered on their own 256 bit security protocol.

In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very seriously.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee our service! That means if you are not completely satisfied, we’ll offer a free re-clean within 48 hours of the original house cleaning appointment.
